Item 2.10 Consider and discuss collection of Court Fees for
Mental Health Hearings.
This item was discussed due to their being some o~_rtstanding
bills that have not been paid by individuals and we by law can
not send the bills to the families from a~_rt of co~_inty. The
Jr_rdge asked the County Attor-Heys' Office to see if we could by
law refuse to do the commitments for- other counties. The
County Attar-Heys' Office will get hack with the .J~.rdge an this
item.
