Commissioner^ Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Co~..ir-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to extend the
burning ban for- 14 days due to the dr-y conditions of Kerr
County.

APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF TRAVIS HALL
TO THE KERR COUNTY 911 POARD
On this the 11th day of September 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Oehler-, seconded by Commissioner- Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint
Travis Hall to the Kerr• County 911 Roar•d for a ter^m to begin
October 1, 1995, through September- 30, 1997.
Item 2^. 13 Consider and discuss appointments to planning
committees fur- the County Judges and Commissioners Conference
to be held in Kerrville in 1996.
The County Judge stated their would be sever^al things that ar•e
going to be needed to hold the Cammissioner•s' and Judges
convention here. He would like for Commissioner- Lehman to
help with the plans and stated there would be a need for Fund
Raiser- Committee as well as the contacts with venders to see
if they could assist in any way. Linda Uecker vol~_~ntaried her
services in any way she could help and Patricia Dye did the
same. Several co~_inties that know they could never- hold the
convention in their- city would like to help monetarily.
