Commissioner- Oehler, seconded by Commissioner- Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved the minutes and waived the r^eading
of said minutes. The Minutes submitted wer^e Special Session
on Monday October- 2, 1995, Workshop Session on Thursday,
October- 5, 1995, Regular Session on Monday, October 10, 1995,
Special Session on Wednesday, October 18, 1995, and Special
Session on Monday, October^ 23, 1995.
