On this the 13th day of November^ 1995, upon mation made by
Commissioner Oehler-, seconded by Commissioner- Lehman, the
Court unaniwously approved the min~.ites and waived the reading
of said minutes. The Minutes submitted were Special Session
on Monday October^ 2, 1995, Wor^k shop Session on Thursday,
October- 5, 1995, Regular Session on Monday, October 1iD, 1995,
Special Session on Wednesday, October 18, 1995, and Special
Session on Monday, October^ 23, 1995.

ORDER NO. 22991
ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 13th day of November^ 1995, came on to be
considered by the Court the reports of the County and Pr^ecinct
Officials of Ker^r^ County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court finds that said repor^ts should be
accepted and filed with the County Cler^k for^ futur-e r^eference
and subject to audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner
Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Co~.~rt
unaniwously accepted the monthly r^epor^ts of:
