This item was discussed and the City and County ar•e going to
tr•y to work together to come yap with a contract that both
entities can live with the City does not want to authorize the
hooli~.~p at this time and wants the County to see if the system
is going to fail. Ilsa is to get back to the Court after- she
addresses the City with a contract.
