~ ., ACCEPTANCE OF CIMARRON RORD
FOR COUNTY MAINTENANCE
On this the 11th day of December 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner' Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept
Cimarron Road for County Maintenance with the following
conditions i) Road shall be built with adequate ditches for
drainage, 2> Existing road scarified and mixed with 6"
thickness, Type A., flexible base and recompacted to 95i~, 3)
Add herbicide to kill gr^ass in roadway, and 4) Money to be put
in escr^ow for payment of mater^ials to be used.
