RiJD TRANSFER FUNDS FROM SURPLUS FUNDS

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the

emergency and transfer funds from Sur-plus Funds to Line Item

of hand checks.
The County Treasurer and the County Ruditor are hereby
