Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-Q+-0, to transfer
$40.00 from Line Item No. 10-640-48~, Conferences, and
$500.00 from Line Item No. 10-640-5c0, Monitoring and Water
Samples to Line Item No. 10-640-486, F~rofessional Services,
and to hire Driscoll Hall Inc. for F'rafessianal Public
Communications.
