On this the 13th day of Nnvember 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Morgan, the
Court unanimously approved by s vote of 5-0-0 the motion to
approve t:he replat of Y O Ranchlands, Tract Nos. 1, 2, 3A,
3B, 4A, 4B, 31, 45, 47, 89 and 90, with no variances, located
in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct 4.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
