Coller_tion at State Roadside F~ark on Highway 41.
This item was tabled and the Texas Highway Department wo~_iId
like to do away with this par-~k d~_~e to the trash and debris
that is piled at this roadside park. The Texas Highway
Department is having to c~_~t back on funds and they feel this
is costing to state to much money because it is not being ~_tsed
as a par^k it is being used as a d~_~mping ground for household
garbage and deer carcass. The Court is of the opinion that
the park should remain open an possibly the County could help
with the clean up of the area. The Highway department is
going to check up on the cast and get back to the Court at a
later date with the information.
