Clarification of status of roads known as North Oak Drive, South Oak Drive, East Cedar Drive, West Cedar Drive in the Bivouac Estates subdivision. 2. Plat note states, "It is expressly understood and agreed that the title to the streets and avenues as shown on the above attached plat are not dedicated to the County as county roads, but title to said street and avenues shall remain in the said Clyde D. Parmelee and wife, Barbara A. Parmelee and all future purchasers of lots in said addition." 3. If these roads are private roads, Derr County Road & Bridge should not be maintaining them. 4.
