We have had major maintenance problems with much of our equipment. Especially dump trucks.
Except for the two we purchased last year, these trucks are 6 to 18 years old, and they have
problems that include engines, axles, transmissions, etc. It is essential that we keep these trucks
running until new ones can be purchased.
At this time, [ask to transfer funds from the following line items into 15-Ci i l -450 for vehicle
maintenance:
X5,000.00 from Capital Purchases 15-61 1-570 --- Tractor bid came in under budget
$4,326.00 from Vehicle Insurance 15-611-480 --- Insurance is paid for the year.
'This should take care of the maintenance problems for a while. However, we may have to come
back to you before the end of the budget year.
