On this the 8th day of May 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-@, to approve the
preliminary plat of Turtle Creek Estates Section II and have
the utility companies sign for the final plat.
