RE: Road & Bridge Budgeted Funds
As we get into the time of year when R&B does its major work, some of our budget line items are
very low.
The way it is set up now, we would have to wait 2 weeks for a budget amendment before we
order a load of cold mix for patching, replace a part on the distributor, are buy a shovel if there is
no money in that line item.
I ask that you allow me to move funds within the 15-611 Budget as I deem necessary to make the
program work.
