BEING 2 TRACTS OF LAND COMPRISING A TOTAL OF 0.37 ACRES OF LAND
OUT OF THE A.S. MOORE SURVEY NO. 4, ABSTRACT N0. 938, KERR
COUNTY, TEXAS, PART OF, THAT 16.02 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED FROM
STANLEY NEWBERT ET UX TO RUSSELL L. WORKMAN ET UX BY WARRANTY
DEED WITH VENDOR'S LIEN EXECUTED THE 25TH DAY OF JULY, 1972,
AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 157, PAGE 287, DEED RECORDS OF KERR
COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND
BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
TRACT 1: 0.31 ACRES
BEGINNING at a '~" iron stake found at fence post, the
intersection of the occupied Southeast line of Mcdonald Loop,
and the occupied South line of Mohabo Lane, for the Northwest
