RE: Bid on Truck with 8 YD Dump
Only one bid was submitted for the 8yd truck on October 23, 1995. We mailed out bids to everyone
who bid two years ago as well as placing the advertisement in the paper.
We had gotten informal bids during the budget process, and feel this bid is a fair bid.
At this time we ask that you accept the bid from Hendrick Trucks in Austin for $39,805.00.
