COOF~ERATIVE WORKING AGREEMENT PETWEEN HCGASA AND THE COURT' Hill County CASA hereinafter referred to as "CASA" and the .j~_idge of the N.err County Court hereby enter into this agreement where the Co~_~rt has appointed a CASA Volunteer as a val~_~nteer advocate for a child or children. 1. The CASA Vol~_~nteer shall be appointed to a specific case thro~_tgh an order of the Co~_~rt. :. The Vol~_tnteer, by a previo~_~sly sworn statement, pledges to hold in confidence any and all information concerning the child or children disclosed during the period of assignment. 3. The assigned st~_~dy shall be carried o~_~t in a timely and professional manner and a report of the findings filed with the ca~_irt. 4. The CASA Val~_inteer shall make himself available to the co~_~rt to testify when needed. ~.
