Robert Green and Charles Conrad made a presentation to the Court on election equipment/ system. This system covers the entire process of elections and was designed in 1988. This equipment was put to the test in 1989 and Global is the fastest growing company at present. The machines are certified for elections. The system is designed to make life easier for the election worker and the voter. The cost of the machine is $5,000.00 per unit.
