WHEREAS: Kerr County acquires Workers' Compensation through
the Texas Association of Counties and
WHEREAS: Kerr County employees are currently covered under
Workers' Compensation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
that the Kerr County Commissioners' Court requests
that the Texas Association of Counties include in
its Workers' Compensation coverage, all elected
officials of Kerr County, Texas.
