That fill for the proposed road- does not exceed 4' above existing grade so that clearances under the line are not adversely affected; 2. That you will hold LCRA harmless from any damages caused by LCRA construction and maintenance vehicles accessing the right-of-way; 3. To take appropriate safety measures in construction; 4. That you will not place any habitable structure or building in the right-of-way or store any flammable or hazardous material; 5. That any metal structures or fixtures are grounded according to National Electric Code standards; 6.
