Enclosed is a copy of Change Order #1 for the required change in the sitcwork. The originals have beer.
sent, to the General Contractor for his signature and will be sent to the Cominissioncr's Court upon slgnmg.
Please note that by making some additional revisions, we have reduced the cost from the original $76,601
to a new cost of $47,219 Also on this Change Order aze two items that resulted from the review by the
Texas Departtnent of Licensing and Regulation, the agency that reviews the drawings for handicapped
compliance. The two items required were: to increase the size of a bullet resistant window, and add all
additional drinking fountain (not a wheelchair accessible one) which, all in all, is really not much of
anything. The total for these two items is $2,098, which brings the entire Change Order total to $49,317.
Please place this item on the agenda at your eazliest convenience, and if you can advise us of when it will
be, I can be present in Commissioner's Court to answer any questions you may have.
