It is understood that the ease of these frequencies is at the d1SC'T'etl(5n of the Sheriff and the City oi' Ingram may have the ease of the frequencies i_inder• the sole dir^ection of the Sheriff. l"he City of Ingram is lir_ensed on a frequency oi' 155.11.5 and 158.9c5 and in order to have less congestion of the Sheriff" s Depar^tment radio frey~_iencies and insure radio use by all authorized City of Ingram employees, the City agrees to utilize these frequencies whenever practical. the Mar^shal's llepar^tment will pr^ovide the necessary equipment to enable the Sherif'f's Department dispatcher access to the use of the Ingram Marshal's Department frequency. This will enable the Sheriff's Department dispatcher to have direct contact with Ingram units and relieve congestion of the 5herii`f's Depar-tment primary fr^egi_iency. Until such time as the Marshal's Department equipment i.s in place, all dispatch of calls will be on the Sher^iff's Department frequency. Like other agencies within Ker^r^ County which hold a FCG radio 11CenSB, ~.xnit n~_imbers will be assigned for use on the Ingr^am fr^equericy by the Mar^shal. It wo~_il.d be then proper for these numbers to be used by Marshal's Department officers on the Sheriff's Department radio frequency. It is understood that any ~_isage of Sheriff's Department radio frequency will only be by persons a_thorized and agreed ~_ipon by the Sher^iff and the Mar^shal.
