the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to
transfer- 313.14 from Line Item No. 10-409-565, Computer
Supplies to Line Item No, 10-409-315, Books-Publications-Dues,
in Non-Departmental.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO DECLARE RN EMERGENCY
AND TRANSFER FUNDS FROM SURPLUS FUNDS TO
- 198TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the 13th day of February 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote 4-0-0, to
declare an emergency and transfer 3768.71 from Surplus Funds
to Line Item Na. 10-436-417, Special Trials, in the 198th
District Court and authorization of hand checks.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for fS7S.42 made payable to
Donnie Coleman, one for E103,29 made payable to Issack~s
Restaurant, and one for 390.00 made payable to J. Alan
Herring for Special Tr-ial Expenses,
