the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
(400.00 from Line Item No. 10-666-350, Supplies, to Line Item
No. 10-666-420, Telephone establishing a new line Item to
cover the expense for• phone line located at the Ag Bar•n and
long distance calls regarding bookings.

AND TRANSFER FUNDS FROM 198TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the the 13th day of February 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
funds (17,164.30 from Surplus Funds to Line Item No.
10-436-417, Special Trials and authorization of a hand check.
The County Tr•easurer• and the County Auditor are hereby
