ANIMRL SHELTER FACILITY
On this the 13th day of February 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-8-0, to approve to
advertise for bids for a General Contractor or request for
proposals for project manager from persons with qualifications
qualifications for performance to do the Kerr County Rnimal
Shelter.
Item 2.8 Ratification of Court action on Earnest Money
Contract, the issuance of 410,000.@0. (County Judge)

RATIFICATION OF COURT ACTION ON ERRNEST
MONEY CONTRACT RND ISSUANCE OF A HRND CHECK
On this the 13th day of February 1995, upon motion made by
Comnissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekanp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to ratify the
Court action of a Contract for the purchase of property
adjacent to the Ag Barn and accept the donation from Turner
Foundation and issuance of a f10,000.k10 hand check made
payable to Kerr County Abstract and Title Company. The Court
authorizes the County Judge to send a letter- to the Turner
Foundation in appreciation of their donation.
Item ~.9 Consider and discuss the request of UGRR to appoint
a representative of the UGRA to the Septic Committee. This
iten was discussed and the decision the Court made as a whole
was to have a person from UGRA as a resource person only. The
Court felt that this person could or• could not be a voting
member but it would still have to come before the Court
because the committee has no authority to make orders.
