POLICIES
On this the 27th day of February 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekanp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to amend
chapter 5 in the personnel policies addr^essing professional
and/or appointed positions and have a draft come back to the
Court for final approval by the Court on March 13, 1995.

AP'P'ROVAL TO HAVE LETTER OF INTENT WRITTEN TO
JERRY WHEATCRAFT FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY
On this the 27th day of February 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to have the
County Judge write a letter^ of intent to Jer^ry Wheatcr^aft for
the purchase of 2.7 acres of property.

On this the 27th day of February 1995, came on to be
considered by the Court the r^epor•ts of the County and Rrecinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered by the Court finds that said reports should be
