APGROVAL OF AMENDING CHAPTER S OF THE PERSONNEL
POLICIES
On this the 27th day of February 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekanp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved 6y a vote of 5-0-0, to amend
chapter- 5 in the personnel policies addressing professional
and/or appointed positions and have a draft come back to the
Court for final approval by the Court on March 13, 1995.
Item 3.2 Consider acquition of real property. (Commissioner
Precinct # 4>.

RPPROVAL TO HRVE LETTER OF INTENT WRITTEN TO
JERRY WHEATCRAFT FOR PURCHASE OF pROF'ERTY
On this the 27th day of February 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to have the
County Judge write a letter of intent to Jer^ry Wheatcraft for
the purchase of 2.7 acres of property.
Item 1.4 Approve and accept Monthly Reports.

On this the 27th day of February 1995, came on to be
considered by the Court the r^epor^ts of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered 6y the Court finds that said reports should be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
