On this the 6th day of March 1995, came on to be consider^ed by
the Co1_irt the bids of Rhodes Commercial Construction Inc. of
Kerrville, Tx and Huser^ Constrl_~ction Company Inc. of
Kerrville, Tx, I_ipon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp,
seconded by Commissioner- Oehler-, the Court voted by a majority
vote of 3-1-0, with Commissioner Lackey voting "NAY" to award
the bid to Huser• Construction Company Inc. as presented to the
Court.
Commissioner Lackey resigned as la~son from the Kerr County
Rnimal Shelter- and the Co1_~r-t appointed Commissioner- Holekamp.
