by the Court the bid of M & M. Properties for• the purchase of
the Guadalupe Savings Building aka Kerr County Administration
Building upon motion made by Commissioner- Oehler-, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, the Court voted by a majority vote of
3-1-@ with Commissioner Lehman Opposing, to accept the bid of

Ker•r• Co~_inty Administration B~_iilding and a~_~thor•ize the County
l"" Judge to sign said contract.

Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the

hiring of Dr. Milton Shaw for• the Kerr County Jail to be paid
