On this the 27th day of March 1945, came on to be considered
by the Court the bid of M & M. properties for- the purchase of
the Guadalupe Savings Building aka Kerr County Rdministration
Building ~_ipon motion made by Commissioner- Oehler-, seconded by
Commissioner Holekamp, the Court voted by a majority vote of
3-1-0 with Commissioner Lehman Opposing, to accept the bid of
3335,000.00 for the sale of the Guadalupe Savings Building aka
Y,er•r• County Administration P~_iilding and authori<e the County
Judge to sign said contract.

APRROVAL OF HIRING PHYSICIRN FOR THE KERB COUNTY JAIL
On this the 27th day of March 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
hiring of Dr. Milton Shaw far the Kerr County Jail to be paid
31,x00.00 per- month with visits twice a week.
