Commissioner Holekamp, the Court voted by a majority vote of
3-1-0 with Commissioner Lehman Opposing, to accept tt~e bid of
5335,@@@.@@ for the sale of the Guadalupe Savings B~_~ilding aka
Kerr Co~_mty Administration Building and authorize the County
~~ Judge to sign said contract.
