Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to r•e.ject the
bid submitted by Robert R. Rendon for 55,400.00 for• the Erin
Dr•. Property.

the public in the Courtroom with various complaints.

to execute and sign the necessary documents to close the
purchase of Flat Rock Lake Property from Ken Wilson and sign
real estate lien notes for approximately (99,000.00 and
authorize a hand check for closing cast not to exceed
i3, 500. 00 to be paid from Permanent Improvement Line Item.
