On this the 10th day of April 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler-, seconded by Commissioner- Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay
f1,370.02 from Line Item No. 10-512-335, Grisoner• Transport,
and authorization of a hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher- made payable to Don McClur^e for
X1,370.02 for prisoner transport.
