Commissioner- Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the

Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer 31,~04.~8, fr•am Surplus Funds to Line
Item No. 10-436-417, Special Trials, and authorization of hand
checks.
The County Treasur^er and the County Ruditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for- 350.00 made payable to
Sabrina Cummings, 350,00 to Angela Cummings, and
350.00 to Tabitha Gibson Cullwell, 3645.8 made payable to
Robert Cummings, and 3409.00 made payable to Center^ Travel far
witness expenses.
Item 2.8 Consider offering approximately 6@0 square foot
office space to R.C. & D.
`_ Mr. Murphy addressed the Court asking if the County could give
some space to RC R D. The Office is located in Hondo right
now but the person in the Office at Hondo would like to move
to Kerrville. They are presently fixing to move him to an old
hanger^ at the airport. He has a computer and employs a
secretary for half day work. His salary and the secretaries
salary ar-e paid by Federal and State. The Judge would be
willing to rent a space to him but right now is a little
premature because of the space not being available yet. Mr.
M~_~rphy can come back with his request at later- date.

A hand o~.it of statistics was given to the Court with various
data in it. This month is L'hild Awar^eness Month. There was
no action on this item just information.
Item ~.5 Consideration of application by Universal Cable
Communications, Inc. dba Classic Cable Company to use County
Road Rights-of-way. This item was passed because no one
showed up to present this to the Court.
