( County. This item was discussed stating that the b~_isinesses
`'°- had until March to clean up their yards but nothing has been
done yet. Commissioner Lackey is still getting phone calls
about this. Judge Denson stated he would like to get
aggressive in enforcing something be done because we want to
keep Kerr County looking beautiful. The Judge would like to
get together- with the County Attorney's Office and review the
document that has been prepared to find out what has been done
already.

Construction and appr^ove constr^~.action contract and authorize
the County Judge to sign same.

OF THE ON-SITE SEWAGE FACILITIES RULES & REGULATIONS
On this the 10th day of Rpr^il 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to add language
to 8.0~b of the On-Site Sewage Facilities Rules and
Regulations to read: "The Licensing authority shall waive the
reinspection of any system installed or approved on or
after 10-1-1988. This order shall super^cede any conflicting
provision of the On-Site Sewage Facilities r^ules until
further order^s of the Court.
