Item 2.7 Consider and discuss J~.urk Yard Regulations for the
County. This item was discussed stating that the b~_~sinesses
~- had until March to clean up their yards but nothing has been
done yet. Commissioner Lackey is still getting phone calls
about this. Judge Denson stated he would like to get
aggressive in enforcing something be done because we want to
keep Kerr County looking beautiful. The Judge would like to
get together with the County Attorney's Office and review the
document that has been prepared to find out what has been done
already.
Item 2.9 Consider and discuss Kerr County Animal Facility
Construction and approve construction contract and authorize
the County Judge to sign same.
This item was tabled but there is no contract to sign yet.

OF THE ON-SITE SEWAGE FACILITIES RULES & REGULATIONS
On this the 10th day of April 1995, ~.ipon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to add language
to 8.02b of the On-Site Sewage Facilities Rules and
Regulations to read: "The Licensing authority shall waive the
r•einspection of any system installed or approved on or
after 10-1-1988. This order shall super•cede any conflicting
provision of the Dn-Site Sewage Facilities rules until
further orders of the Cote^t.
