APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY GLAT OF BUCK
VALLEY RANCH
On this the 10th day of Rpril 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner- Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
preliminary plat with corn^ections to be addressed by the
County Engineer- the road to be aligned; Lot 15 to be r•eplatted
of Oak Ridge Estates and delete the last sentence which is
placed on the plat under roadways "The roads ar•e hereby
dedicated as p~_tblic utility easements." and have roads brought
up to standards.
JUDGE DENSON CALLED FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 1:35 F'. M.
regarding item 3. :? Consider^ and disc~_~ss Fier^sonnel matter in
Environmental Health Depar-tment. (Commissioner Pct # 4).
EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED AT 1:50 P. M. with No Action resulting.
Item 2.14 Consider^ and discuss policies and pr^ocedures of
Commissioners' Court as applicable to the Rules and
Regulations for• On-Site Sewage Facilities. ( County Judge)
This item was discussed and the Judge stated there were some
r-ides that were not being followed and he would like to
correct this and give David a direction from the Court to
where there would not be so many requests coming to Court on
the Septic Rules and Regulations.
