WHICH INCLUDES A COMPLETE COMPUTER SYSTEM
On this the 24th day of April 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Lehman, seconded by Commissioner- Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve
Security Telecom Corp. to install a new prisoner- phone system
in the new jail, which includes a complete computer- system for
the new facility at no extra cost to county taxpayer^s and
authorize the County Judge to sign same.

"this item was addressed by James M. Doyle and he is coming
before the Court to introduce himself to the Court and to let
the Court know who he is in the event of an emergency. He
left his card with the members of the Court and explained a
little about his job. He works in the Transmission
Department of the Lone Star Gas Company.
