(James M. ~ _ Doyle) "this item was addressed by James M, Doyle and he is coming before the Court to introduce himself to the Court and to let the Court know who he is in the event of an emergency. He left his card with the members of the Court and explained a little about his job. He works in the Transmission Department of the Lone Star Gas Company. Item G.7 Consider and discuss Outdoor Business Or•der^ and Repeal of existing Order No. 18053. This item was disc~.tssed and the owners of outdoor businesses wer^e supposed to do there own cleaning but to date nothing has been done. Robin King was made the spokesman for junk yards and outdoor businesses but they have not taken any action. R workshop is to be done with Envir-onmental Health to discuss the draft on junk yards and outdoor businesses. Item 2.8 Discuss the On-The-Job-Training (OJT program sponsored by Goodwill Industries/JTF'R fur the Ker•r- Co~_inty Rnimal Facility. (Commissioner Precinct # 3) Commissioner Holekamp addressed the Court stating something would need to be done about personnel when the new Kerr County Rnimal Facility has been built. Commissioner^ Holekamp suggested filling the position of front clerk, and feeding the animals, with a person that is possibly a junior or- senior in high school looking for' a .job. This would give the person experience needed for- getting a job as well as helping the County fill the position and we ar'e educating people at the same time. Judge Denson feels this is a good idea and would like to see Commissioner Holekamp pursue this fur^t her. Item 1.4 Approve and Rccept Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Rnnuai Reports ORDER NO. 2647 RCCEPTRNCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS On this the 4th day of Apr^il 1995, came on to be consider^ed by the Court the reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Ker^r County, Texas and having heard and considered by the Court finds that said reports should be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
