LERSE AGREEMENT
On this the 3tDth day of May 1995, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to approve the
lease agreement of Berryman/Dr•ane Rirpor•t Lease subject to
minor clarification changes in form language as requested by
City Council and authorization of the. County Judge's
signature.

Commissioners' Courtroom for amendments to the rules and

a copy for viewing in the County Clerk's Office and
Environmental Health Office.
