COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SGECIRL SESSION ON Monday,
June 5, 1995, with all Officer present and the following
proceedings were had:
I. CON5IDERATION RGENDA
Item 1.1 Consideration and discussion of Outdoor Business
Order and set public hearing on same.
This item was discussed and a draft was presented to the Court
Commissioner Lackey has been getting various complaints in his
end of the County. Judge Denson stated we needed something in
place in order to control some of these places that are having
open flea markets and .junk yard that ar•e an eyesore in the
County. The Court stated they would like approx 6 months from
the time the draft was approved to have the business get into
compliance. Enforcement will need to 6e done by the Sheriff's
Office and the businesses need to limit the size of sign to be
used far advertising. This item is to be brought up on June
12, 199 agenda.
Item 2.1 Consideration and discussion r•egar•ding
Commissioners' Court Appointed Personnel Evaluations.
The Personnel Evaluations to be discussed is Jim Feagan,
Franklin Johnston, Leonard Odom, David Litke, and Thea Sovil.
Individual evaluation's to be compiled into one evaluation
instead of five different evaluations. The Judge stated that
performance was of utmost important for the County.
JUDGE DENSON CALLED FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 2:10 P. M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION ENDED AT 3:05 P. M. with no action at this
time. This item is to 6e put back on the agenda June 26,
1995.
