Ker^r• Cor.rnty Animal Facility. The major' idea was to pay off
the Ker^r• County Animal Facility by taking it o~-rt of coi_rnty
prisoner f~_inds and from the Guadalupe b~-rilding money. The
money is to be p~_it in the per^manent improvement fund a~-rt of
out of county prisoner fund and to be p~_~t on the next
Commissioners' Coy-rrt Rgenda Meeting.
