Aug~_~st 7, 1995 with all Officers present and the following
proceedings were had:

Extension Office, and Stored records i.n the wood wor-king
building.
R discuss was held nn the relocation of Extension Office to
the Rg Parn Facility. The target dzvte is September 1, 1995,
phone lines will need to be moved and the extension office is
to start boxing th}ngs i_~p. JP Prect # 3 is needing to
relocate also maybe to the Mayes Printing Shnp building.
Commissioner Holel<amp and J~_rdge Tench will be looking at the
b~.rilding together. The relocation of these offices will be
tempor•ar•y only.
Item 2.1 Consider and disc~_iss going cut for bids for the
Street and Utilities on the new Jail Site (incl~_rding sewer,
water, street extension, etc.) (Commissioner Prec. # 3)
