Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
road formerly known as Jasper Moore Road as a County
maintained road from Hwy 39 up to the lacked gate on the Moore
F'roper•ty with the mileage being i. a5 miles to be known as
Seayo Road.

Item 2.13 Presentation and consideration of EBP Health Plans
contract renewal. (Jermiah O'Fihelly)
Mr•. O'Fihelly stated he has been with Kerr County and
available for• two years as he had promised. He introduced Dan
,~ Schewe as the broker that p~_tt the proposed plan together for•
the r^enewal of EBF' Health Flans contract. Mr. Schewew
explained the renewal offer and compared it with the estimated
F'HO renewal. Ile explained the Kerr County benefit plan
already contains a provision to waive the deductible for
