Commissioner- Oehler-, seconded by Commissioner- Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
road for•meriy known as Jasper- Moor^e Road as a County
maintained road from Hwy 39 up to the locked gate on the Moore
Property with the mileage being 1.05 miles to be known as
Seayo Road.

Regulations of Kerr County, Texas for- On-Site Sewage

Item 2.13 Presentation and consideration of ERP Health Plans
contract renewal. (Jer•miah O'Fihelly)
Mr•. O'Fihelly stated he has been with Kerr County and
available for- two years as he had promised. He introduced Dan
/~ Schewe as the broker that put the proposed plan toyether for
the renewal of EBP Health Flans contract. Mr. Schewew
explained the renewal offer and compared it with the estimated
F'HO renewal. He explained the Kerr County benefit plan
already contains a provision to waive the deductible for
