Item ^c. 13 Consider^ and discuss appointments to planning committees for- the County Judges and Commissioners Conference to be held in Kerrville in 1996. The County Judge stated their- would be sever^al things that ar-e going to be needed to hold the Commissioner-s' and J~_idges convention here. He would like for- Commissioner- Lehman to help with the plans and stated there would be a need for Fund Raiser- Committee as well as the contacts with venders to see if they could assist in any way. Linda Uecker voluntaried her ser-vices in any way she could help and F'atr-icia Dye did the same. Several coi.tnties that know they coi_ild never- hold the convention in their- city would like to help monetarily. Item 2.16 'Consider and discuss necessary f~_~nding for- inter•facing Sec~.ir•ity Telecom/Software Gr-oup computer^ systems. This item was discussed and the Judge suggested that we plug in 510,200.00 in the 1995-1996 Pudget. A suggestion was made to put the money into the Commissioners' Co~_irt Cantingenc_y. The Judge asked to hold off until we can find out if there is some money in the Contingency Fund of the .jail b~.rdget.
