did work for Riverhill Country Club. Mr. Wells did a thorough job in pressure
cleaning the concrete work of the 100 year old Mansion and walkways of
Riverhill. We were very pleased with the completed work pertormed by Mr.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Building Brite Company was contracted by the Hunt Independent School District to
power wash the outside rock walls, stucco, side walks and curbs. All work was completed
on schedule, and workmanship and results were satisfactory.
After the power wash, it became advisable to re-coat the stucco and concrete trim with an
Elastometric color coating to match existing trim. The Build Brite Company was awazded
an additional contract to do so. Work was completed in a timely manner, and results were
satisfactory.
The Building Brite Company did some extra work, i.e. trimmed bushes, treated extra
surfaces, and painted. They also cleaned up after the job. At final inspection, all minor
imperfections were corrected in a pleasant manner.
Mr. Wells was willing to go the extra mile to fulfill my requests
