Dear Mr. Tomlinson:
Re: Lease of Premises at 431 Quinlan
Our lease agreement for the above mentioned premises totaling 5,000 square
feet expires December 31, 1996. 1 am offering to extend this lease for an
additional three years with the same conditions contained in our original lease.
However, because of inflation, increased taxes, I am requesting that we increase
the amount of the lease from $2,000 to $2,400 per month.
Please advise your acceptance of this new three year lease as early as possible
so that we may prepare a written lease for both parties to sign.

On this the ~Sth day of November 1996, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Judge Robert R. Denson, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to decline
proposed lease agreement for• 431 Quinlan for 5Q~0Q~ sq. ft. for
an additional 3 years at an increase of an additional ~4a0 per
month and authorize the Judge to send a letter to Thad
Ziegler.
