Dear Judge Denson and Commissioners:
We represent Katherine C. Harris and Jacquelyn C. Miller
regarding 145 Thrill Hill (Lot 8, Thrill Hill Subdivision) and the
septic system located on the referenced property. Attached is the
determination of the Kerr County Environmental Health Department
regarding this septic system and property and on behalf of our
client we give notice of appeal of this action based upon an
objection that the system had been registered at the time of
construction (see attached application) and should be treated as a
licensed facility built to the specification in effect in 1984.
Also enclosed is Commissioners' Court Agenda Reguest as we request
this appeal be heard at the meeting of the Commissioners' Court on
September 9, 1996.

The design plan must be 4ubmitted to this department beforo a permit to construct can be issued.
