On this the 1st day of July 199E, upon motion made by
Judge Denson, seconded by Commissioner, Lackey, the Court
unanieousiy approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to grant a variance
from the on-site sewage rules and regulations of Kerr County
for 217 Frederick Drive which property lies within the Loyal
Valley Subdivision.

Dear Bob,
The subject item deals with a design for an OSSF at 217 Frederick Drive. This property lies
within the Loyal Valley Subdivision.
The residence at 217 Frederick has a near failing system and the owner, Terry Bartlett, a single
mother of six children, has a financial restraint and does not have the funds for a complete
upgrade of the system. She can afford a repair of the existing system aided by the sweat equity of
herself and friends.
I request that you place us on the agenda so that I may go to Commissioners' court to present this
situation to obtain direction from the Court.
