Dear Bob, The subject item deals with a design for an OSSF at 217 Frederick Drive. This property lies within the Loyal Valley Subdivision. The residence at 217 Frederick has a near failing system and the owner, Terry Bartlett, a single mother of six children, has a financial restraint and does not have the funds for a complete upgrade of the system. She can afford a repair of the existing system aided by the sweat equity of herself and friends. I request that you place us on the agenda so that I may go to Commissioners' court to present this situation to obtain direction from the Court.
